These pages specify something the business wants. No system holds the data today. They stay visible so the request is not lost, and out of the numbered set so nothing is built against a source that does not exist.

Savings committed and deliveredno source

No savings table exists in the EPMS data model (74 tables reviewed, September 2026). Jon Shipley, 2 September: this metric needs adding to the master project information; it does not exist today.

Cost of scope changeno source

No scope-change entity exists. seco_changerequest is a platform configuration register, not project scope; seco_scopeprofile is an access policy. seco_costline has no relationship to seco_event, so a cost cannot be attributed to a change.

Stage paymentsno source

seco_invoicemilestone exists in the model as a designed fact but is not populated, there is no consistent global process, and invoicing is done in M3. Jon Shipley, 2 September: Germany splits the quotation and invoices per stage; this is not how it works elsewhere.
